This home is centrally located two blocks from a Trax station, a lovely evening walk to SLC’s best multicultural grocery store, Rancho Markets, and across from the entertainment happenings at the Utah Fairpark. This home has a spacious living room and foyer with original hardwood, 4 bedrooms and a bathroom. Additional amenities include a sizable backyard, detached garage for parking or your hobbies, washer and dryer, and a long driveway for multiple cars. We prefer a one-year lease but are open to shorter terms. We will be conducting showings on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 3:00 – 6:30 pm.
