Looking for a female occupant to take over my lease in this comfy basement apartment, all furnished except for the bedroom in question (i.e., there is already furniture in the living room and kitchen for you to use). My current roommate (who is spectacular) is the owner of the other furniture and plans to stay here in the long-term. Water bill is split 40% for the basement and 60% for the upstairs apartment, while the rest is billed separately between the two apartments. Complete with a refrigerator, oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer. Parking space for one vehicle per occupant. Apartment will be available on January 1.
