Mother in law apartment with large stairwell entrance that is built inside the garage...so no issues of snow or rain in the stairwell . There are three large shelves for extra storage space in the stairwell. The entrance comes into the living room/ kitchen area. We have moved out the couches so you could put in a L- shaped couch. Across the hall is a bedroom that has its own bathroom with a private toilet and sink. Up the stairs has a washer and dryer and at full bathroom with shower and tub. The next door over has another bedroom.
