Iso a new roommate to share our home with. We're a real close-knit, loving group of people. We like a good time on weekends and coming home to a relaxing environment after workdays. We also like the outdoors; dirt bikes, bmx, snow stuff. Music. Sometimes everyone watches movies together. It's simple, chill. The guys are nearing their late twenties, the gals next door are in their early twenties, I'm good friends with them all. Me and my girlfriend take up the basement. I don't party like I'm still in college anymore. Quite frankly I'm not sure I even could. But I think this is for the best, keeps me more productive anyway. We do still enjoy being social and meeting new people and having people over, but this is a house filled with professional, working adults and we'd prefer to keep it that way. Anyway, if you're still reading this; rent is $500, deposit is the same, utilities not included, they are typically $50-$80, including internet(Centurylink fiber gigabit). We have two fridges, lots of storage space as well. Your bathroom is shared by one other person, a male. The room is about 12'x11' not including the closet. Also, there is a dog, his name is Bear.
