It’s a 4x4 room at Axis Luxary Student Living. It’s for a private bedroom with a connecting private bathroom. The living room and kitchen are shared with 3 other super sweet girls. There’s a washer and dryer in-unit. I have paid off the entirety of the lease (so up to july 31st) so depending on when you would want to move in, we could arrange a price. The monthly price is $499 for rent, $11.00 for renters liability, $70.00 for utilities, and $18.00 for communication fee, bringing it to $598 in total. I cancelled my parking since i’m not living there anymore, but you can talk to Axis and get your own covered spot for an additional $70.00 a month if wanted.
