For rent is a 12'x10' bedroom (120 SF) with all brand new paint, hardwood floors, lighting, doors, fans, fixtures and washer/dryer in a three bedroom on a big piece of land with local urban farming taking place. Like I said, all bills are included, unless you want internet, it hasn't been set up yet. A leave-no-trace common space ethic is required. If you're tidy, considerate, and like being around conscientious people, you're looking in the right place. Bathroom will be shared with one other person. Has a front yard and a fenced back yard and includes a sunroom off of the kitchen. Common spaces are furnished. LOTS of storage space in a shipping container in the yard. Apartment is currently being updated, so pictures that you see should give you reference to layout and size, but updates will have been implemented throughout the apartment, excluding kitchen, before February 1st. There is plenty of space to start your own garden, and should you decided to stay longer than a year, rent will include a full CSA share from BUG Farms (who is farming in the backyard), split between you and your housemates. They are just getting their plot started this year, so won't be growing food until next year.
