ALL utilities (including internet, washer and dryer use) additional $95. Deposit $580. No smoking, drinking, animals of any kind. Must be clean, polite, employed, must notify of any visitors coming over SINGLE OCCUPANTS ONLY. Currently myself and 6yr old live on the main floor, and 1 other professional on basement level floor live here. Plenty of space in the house.
