We are looking for a 5th roommate. You will have your own room in the basement. We are all in our 20's. It's a nice house with a yard. There's plenty of parking around the house and the location is really convenient whether you're a student or working. The rent is $700 and the utilities are fixed by the landlord at $40 per month.
