You will be renting a room in a 2 bedroom condo. Looking for a female. You will have a female roommate. The location is close to downtown Provo; the hospital, not far from UVU or BYU, bunch of food spots and stores, close to freeway for travel, etc. There is a dog currently living there. If you have an animal it can be accepted as long as it gets along with current pet, obviously. -It is a minimum 1 year to rent or 6 months if you're a student, then month to month. -$800 per month which includes Utilities, parking, etc. Everything is included. -No first or last month rent required, but a non-refundable cleaning/security deposit of $300 is required. Great for students or those in between situations.
