I’m getting married in December, so I’m moving out and selling my contract before the term ends. The move-in date is December 22nd (rent would be covered for the remainder of December), though you could move in earlier if needed - feel free to ask if that’s the case. The rental term officially ends August 15th, 2026. This is a private room for a single man, with a bathroom shared with one other tenant. The room is about 150 square feet, and comes furnished with a bed, dresser, and desk (not shown in video, it’s currently in storage). The twin mattress with the bed is mine, but I’ll let whoever moves in keep it for free (got it about a year ago, it’s in great condition). There is a washer and dryer in-unit, a nice kitchen space with plenty of room for food storage, a community gym and an outdoor pool (though that won’t open up until spring). There is also a parking lot with no fees. Rent is a flat $600 a month, utilities included (WiFi, electricity, water, gas, etc.). Normally, there is a $500 security deposit, but I’m willing to cover half of it ($250) for someone willing to move in by Jan 1st. Payments are made by Venmo to the landlord before the start of the month. The landlord is great, and they’ve been very responsive whenever I’ve needed to reach out to them. There are two other roommates currently living in the apartment - both are seniors at BYU, studying accounting and computer science. They’re both very nice, fun, and clean - I’m actually pretty sad about not being able to live in the same place as them. They both work and do school full-time, so they’re gone most of the time, but they’re fun to hang out with, and we’d all game (League of Legends, Minecraft) and watch TV together every now and again. The apartment is about a 3-5 minute drive from UVU campus (within walking distance), and a 15 minute drive from BYU campus. It’s right next to the freeway, so it’s generally pretty fast to get anywhere in the valley. This is a pet-free apartment (no dogs, cats, etc., though I’m sure you’d be fine with fish, a lizard, or something small like that).
