Our property is located in a quiet neighborhood, but is close to anything you might need. This is cozy rambler that has five bedrooms-- (3 up, 2 down) with a bathroom on each level. This house has been totally remodeled and renovated with new electrical, plumbing and AC/heating. With all new appliances, carpet and flooring throughout. Every room has blackout blinds and are also down ups, up downs. This house has the most gorgeous mountain views to the East and the West. If you are lucky, you might spot the family of fox that reside just yards away in the wild space behind us. Deer often frequent the space as well. The Interstate I-15 and I-215 are close by. We always say that we can get to about any location in the valley within about 20 minutes or less. If you consider using city transit, we have buses, TRAX and the light rail with train hubs nearby. In early Spring we start planting a vegetable garden, as well as established peach trees. You are welcome to whatever you would like to harvest.
