This is a Men’s Private Room in BYU approved housing! If you are looking for a social complex and want to meet new people then this is the place! Currently I only pay $459 + utilities for this private room (the normal price isn$479 and goes up every year) so if you take over you will only be paying $459 per month! Great roommates! Has a hot tub, pool, clubhouse, gym, etc. Amazing ward and bishop. Let me know if you’re interested and I’ll cover an extra months worth of rent!
