Looking for someone to rent a room in a large house in Pleasant View with a large beautiful yard. 4 bedroom 3 bathroom house. 2800 square foot with a large living room and kitchen upstairs and a huge game room in the basement. Washer and dryer provided also has a second fridge and microwave in the game room in the basement. On half an acre with a really pretty yard and view of Ben Lomond. Has three males (including both of my sons) living there now. Month to month available. $600 per month plus $100 per month in utilities, plus $75 per month for lawn care (May to October only). Generally no cats and dogs, but we can talk about the possibility reptiles and birds.
