I am looking for 2-3 roommates. I have 5 empty rooms but only looking to fill 2 or 3. Great house with a small yard, 2 car garage and driveway. Great neighborhood. Looking for someone living lds standards, respectful of others and neighbors, clean, and considerate of others in the house (I work from home and do calls all day so others in the house during working hours will need to be respectful of that). Rent is $883/month with 3 people including me, and $663/month with 4 roomates. Minimum lease length is 6 months. Deposit is $883. Utilities are around $150 a month and will be split evenly between roomates. There may be 1 hypoallergenic dog living here in the future, no other pets allowed. You will have to apply, background check, employment verification etc. I’m a young working professional, very involved with the outdoors, power sports, and I coach wrestling.
