I am asking less cause I need the living room spacefor crafting, I have the larger room and covered parking. I do NOT have a microwave and not really interested in having one but I have a very nice air fryer you can use. There is limited storage but I can make some room over time. Looking for a quiet, mature, someone who is stable and pay their bills on time. This is a great setup for someone who just wants a room to rent, a place to cook their food, the basics. I like to camp and go down south and explore the desert. I am also a wood working crafing various things. I will be going back to SLCC for guitar making, I also do a little bit of leather work.
