This place is mint and functions at a high level. I’m someone who loves the luxury of comfort. Large and soft couches, new appliances, and a clean place. I’m very organized and want others to be the same. The fridge will be organized (nobody will eat your food), there's a second fridge for excess needs. I'm also a huge advocate for never washing your roommates dishes. I would encourage you to have friends over as if the place is your own. You can expect weekends to be football, food, and games.
