Tenants will share the bathroom with two others, though we have a half bath on the main floor that you can use as well. Wifi, Utilities and water included. Enjoy practicing the piano, watching Netflix or playing the Nintendo Switch at your leisure. We also have a ping pong table in the unfinished basement. We only ask that you take your shoes off at the door and keep shared spaces clean and quiet after 10pm. No pets. I am open to the possibility of providing free rent in exchange for a 10% share of whatever company you are building. Incubator interviews are not so easy. If I assume a 10% chance of "success" then I would expect to make at least 10x the cost of rent in stock value. Your pitch should include what stage your company is in, what your next steps will be, and your proposed timeline. Be prepared for follow-up questions.
