Girls only Single Bedroom in Saratoga Springs with a month-to-month contract. 136 sqft room with a shared bathroom, laundry and living space. Tenants will share the bathroom with two others, though we have a half bath on the main floor that you can use as well. Wifi, Utilities and water included. Enjoy practicing the piano, watching Netflix or playing the Nintendo Switch at your leisure. We also have a ping pong table in the unfinished basement. We only ask that you take your shoes off at the door, keep shared spaces clean and quiet after 10pm. No pets.
