This is a large-ish bedroom with a private, en suite bathroom (with large soaking tub), a large private balcony, a small walk-in closet, and some built-in shelves. There's a fireplace, but it's only decorative. Sorry I don't have any pictures of the room (the computer where they're saved isn't hooked up right now). ****IMPORTANT One of the roommates has a very severe citrus allergy, so there can't be any citrus in the house, including food, cleaners, candles, essential oils, etc.****** I (the owner) don't live there, but there are two female roommates who are both awesome. There is a shared living room and kitchen/dining room and an unfinished basement you can use for storage, if needed. The house is set up to be a front/back duplex, so you will use the back door to come and go. The front of the house is occupied by a couple and you ONLY share the laundry room. Off-street parking just steps from your door. You will be responsible for 1/5 of the total utilities for the house, which is usually $60-120/month, depending on the time of year and how much the AC or heat is used. This includes high-speed internet. Security deposit is $500, which is fully refundable assuming everything is clean and in good condition when you leave. Lease is month-to-month. The house is old and not updated, but everything works and is comfortable. During the summer there are box elder beetles, but they don't hurt anything. We spray as needed, but they never go away entirely. The best thing about this house is the neighborhood. It's safe and quiet, walking distance to two parks, with a nice hiking/biking/horse trail. There's even a zebra nearby! We are still in the process of cleaning the room, but we're doing tours now. Call or text with questions or to schedule a tour. No cats or dog.
