This is a lease for a female apartment at Wolverine Crossing Student Housing at UVU. The Wolverine Crossing apartments are a short walk to UVU Campus. The apartment is very clean, modern, and has many amenities. The apartment complex has a community laundry room, pool, hot tub, and gym. My daughter is a current student and selling her lease through July 2023. The lease is for the 3X3 Shared Regular Apartment (go to wolverinecrossing.com for details). The room is for a female (shared with another female renter) and they have their own bathroom. There are two other rooms which have their own bathrooms and they all share a living space and kitchen. As parents, we researched student housing in the area and found Wolverine Crossing is the best deal for the most features/amenities, plus the student life there is great. Again, the lease is now through July 2023. The benefits of securing this lease as soon as possible is so a female renter can get settled into an apartment before the flood of other students trying to get an apartment in August.
