I'm selling my lease at wolverine crossing that is up in July. I'm taking $200 dollars off of the market value to save you some cash and get you in there sooner. I'm moving to Florida so anytime you can move in between mid March to April would be preferred. Utilities are $60 a month. This is a shared room 2x2 regular plus room. If you are moving in with a buddy my roommate is moving out too so you two could live together. Spacious and plenty of fridge space, you share a bathroom with just one other person so there's tons of space. The other roommates are cool too. Wolverine Crossing is super nice and social. There's a nice gym that's opened 24/7 and courts and everything else that apartment complexes have.
