I don’t know real square footage but it’s a shared room. 4 other roommates who are amazing and really nice and outgoing. $444 with utilities and you don’t have to be a student to live with here. Contract goes to august with option to renew. Move in ASAP, the person who was going to take it backed out last minute after I moved, so I need someone to take it ... it’s a great place but moving closer to family. Any question, message me!
