I’m looking for someone to take over my lease starting June 11 or a bit later (I can be flexible if needed). I live on the 5th floor and face west so it’s incredibly quiet and you have a great view of the Oquirrh Mountains. You would be creating your own lease/contract, however. Six, nine and 12 month leases are available. If you choose a six or nine month lease, the rent increases a bit. I would be willing to offer a cash incentive if someone could move in/start their lease on June 11 or a few days after. The rent is $1,721 + amenities and utilities. Utilities are always well below $100. I average around $50-75. Amenities include a dog “spaw,” outdoor dog park, playground/play set for children, secure package/mail room, resident lounge with tv’s, pool, etc, secured building with fobs and app access, pickle ball court, arcade room, outdoor pool and hot tub, outdoor grills and fire pits, 24/7 fitness center, secured underground parking.
