There is also a large private backyard, covered patio/BBQ area, and two fridge/freezers in the kitchen so lower-level tenant gets their own private fridge/freezer. Rent for the lower-level space is $1100 and is limited to 1 individual. Utilities (internet + gas + electric + water) will be split 3 ways, averaging $100/person/month.
