Mens Only, 18-30 Age range. This is a two person shared room on the second floor, of building C. It is ideal for students with or without a car. Recently renovated bathrooms, carpeted rooms, and common areas in the apartment give a new feel. For those without a car, a free shuttle runs early to evening to UVU and back, about every 30 minutes. A bus stop is right outside the complex for easy access to the transit system, and Orem Central station is only a few blocks away. For those with a car, has many parking spaces with the purchase of a parking permit per semester. Two gas stations are nearby, for late night snack or fueling needs. The room is a two person bedroom, each having a drawer and a bed. Bedding is recommended and a mattress cover is required. Additionally, there are two bathrooms. Each have a shower, toilet, and two sinks. A shared kitchen for each apartment is provided, furnished with a refrigerator, microwave, sink, dishwasher, and stove/oven. Two small couches, as well as a TV is also provided. Fiber Optic wired internet and wifi are also provided bundled with the utilities cost. The commons of the complex have a basketball court, a sand box for volleyball, many dumpsters for trash, and mail boxes for each apartment, with key provided. The Room also comes with a key to the Clubhouse. The Clubhouse has a small sitting area and kitchenette, and can be rented out for events. A pool and ping pong table is also there. A large hot tub and indoor pool is to the side, as well as a small multi purpose room. The laundry room is to the back, and has dryers and washers which can be paid on-demand, as well as a drink vending machine. Grounds are safe to walk at night, and neighbors/roommates have been friendly and accommodating.
