I’m looking for someone to take over my lease in Clearfield, UT. It’s a 2 bed 1 bath apartment for $1500, not including utilities. There is a playground area within the complex, as well as a swimming pool. The apartment is pet friendly for cats and dogs of all sizes. There will be a $400 deposit due when signing the lease, which is good until the end of September with the option to renew. You will have the option to do a month-to-month lease, a 6 month lease, or a 12 month lease. It’ll be available April 1, possibly sooner if needed.
