This is a female shared room available starting May 1st. All utilities are included with rent. My contract is for the master bedroom that has an attached large bathroom and walk-in closet. Will be living with three other girls (two private bedrooms and this shared one). Fully furnished and includes a washer/dryer and dishwasher in unit. Contract ends in August but is renewable.
