Downstairs bedroom and shared bathroom available in a well taken care of centrally located Salt Lake home. Located just a short walk to Liberty Park, 9th and 9th and just a 5-minute drive to downtown and sugarhouse restaurants. The living room is furnished with a large custom couch and projector. The room can be furnished with a dresser, queen bed and desk if needed. (please bring your own mattress if possible). The home has a beautiful front porch, large backyard with patio, hot-tub and basketball court. Must be tidy and fully clean up after using the kitchen and living room. This is not a place for someone who doesn't care about living in a nice clean home. This is a smoke, drug and weed free house but responsible drinking is fine. Not a party house but the occasional gathering is fine. Visitors are welcome as well as out of town guest within reason. No pets or double occupancy. Current tenants are guys who are active, young professionals in there 20s and early 30s. We have maintained a fun welcoming home that we can take pride in, and we are looking for someone to help us keep that going. Must have a credit score over 650 and have a stable income.
