I am renting out one of my extra rooms in my townhome. $1200/month includes all utilities and high speed internet. That is all you will pay each month. Everything is furnished except your room. You would get your own private room and private full bath. There is a large common area with a mud room downstairs, a half bath, tv and couch area, recliner chairs by a gas fire, dinner table, and a large kitchen with an island. You also will have access to the washer and dryer that are in a separate room attached to the main floor. There is lots of parking on the street. I have a furnished patio, and a deck with a grill. I am a young professional male, and am very busy with my life, usually working, climbing or hanging out with friends. So I am looking for a renter with low drama, and will respect the place. Must be 420 friendly.
