This is a beautiful updated and modern student living apartment complex. The room up for rent is a shared master meaning you have a another person living in you room and share a private bathroom right attached to the inside of your room! It is 409$ a month plus 59$ for utilities. Parking is available but is an extra 15$, the great thing about this is if you don't need parking, you don't pay for it! They don't allow pets unless you have an ESA, however we've had fish for months and no one has said anything. They have a gym, soda bar, sand volleyball, basketball courts, two pools, and an overall great social atmosphere. There is currently other roomates living in the rooms. They are very clean and mostly keep to themselvs. This is also a female apartment, so if you are male you can still take over the lease you would just be placed in a male apartment. This is really great for college students looking to meet new people and really gain the college experience in this weird and troubling time. Another thing to mention is the other spot to this shared master bedroom is also up for rent, so if you and a friend want live together this perfect or if you want a private bedroom you would be paying double. The lease goes until June but you have the option to renew. Depending on when you would like to move in, I may be willing to pay that months rent & utilities.
