My wife and I are finishing our 15th ski season owning a place in Old Town Park City and we absolutely love it! At the end of each ski season, we are looking for a specific someone who is looking to rent during the off season - mid April - mid December (exact dates TBD and flexible). The reason I say specific someone is that we ask that you vacate for the month of August through Labor Day (exact dates TBD and flexible) so that we can escape the heat, humidity and bugs of Maryland and enjoy Park City in the summer. House is located on Lowell Avenue, so backs to the mountain and is SKI/HIKE in The 1200 square foot, 3 level house is remodeled and fully furnished!! Utilities and TV included in rental amount - 2 BR - 2 BA - Master Bedroom = King Bed - 2nd Bedroom = Queen and Twin Bunk Beds - Living Room = Pull out Queen Sofa - Private 2 car garage, w/ an additional 2 parking spaces in front of garage (we do keep one car in the garage all year) - Hot tub in backyard (shared with full time next door neighbors who never use it) - Free and brand new Washer/Dryer inside common area - shared with condo next door - Completely remodeled kitchen w/ granite counter tops and quartz floors - Hardwood floors throughout main level living and dining rooms - Wood burning fireplace w/ slate hearth - Private back deck off living room that butts up to mountain w/ Deck Speakers - Ski to back deck from Kings Crown run - 1/3 of a mile walk downhill to Park City Mountain resort - 8 minute walk to Main Street and Town Lift - Ceiling fans in each bedroom - Rustic mountain furniture and furnishings - 42" Hi Def flat screen above fireplace - Surround sound system w/ IPOD/airport wireless hook up, HDMI ports and DVD player - Hi speed wifi - 30" flat screen in each bedroom - Slate floors and stone tile showers in bathrooms Hoping to chat first with prospective tenants on the phone and then set up appt to meet in person and see the house if it sounds like a good fit. We will be arriving at the house the first week of March and will be there through the first week of April.
