My wife andI are finishing our 16th ski season owning our place in Old Town Park City and we absolutely love it! It is soon to be vacant (Mid April) and we are again looking to rent it out from spring through mid December. One caveat...we are hoping to come out to Park City from August 3rd to September 1st, so would request that you "travel" for the month, but we are somewhat flexible and willing to work around your situation. Obviously, we would not ask for rent for the time we are there, which may be ideal for someone who wants to travel but not have the responsibility of rent while away.
