There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, the master bedroom and 2 neighboring bedrooms down the hall that share a bathroom. The laundry room is next to those bedrooms as well. A fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room are on the main floor. There's an additional living space in the basement occupied by a lovely couple in their 50's who just relocated from California a month ago. All neighborhood amenities included: pool, tennis courts, basketball courts, volleyball courts, gym, parks, lake w/free boats etc. All genders and humans are welcome however NO animals, NO couples, NO kids, NO smokers (sorry we have allergies in the home to smoke, shedding dogs and cats) non shedding dogs will be considered on a case by case basis with additional deposits. Illegal drugs of any kind will not be tolerated. We will do out own personal background check a minimum 6 month rent is required no month to month. There is a $450 deposit $400 of which is refundable so long as you don't destroy anything and you finish out your lease. $50 will be kept to refresh the room after you move out. If you leave earlier then the agreed lease length you will not get your deposit back. We prefer someone more established and mature, this is not a party home.
