There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor, the master bedroom and 2 neighboring bedrooms down the hall that share a bathroom.  The laundry room is next to those bedrooms as well. A fully stocked kitchen, dining and living room are on the main floor with new tile floors, paint, quartz countertop and all new appliances save for the fridge. There are currently 2 males in their mid 40's living in the house, 1 in the master bedroom and another in the room next to the 1 available. I'm a 39 yo female who owns the home and frequents the property and is working on renovations. Nearly done! The basement is currently unoccupied and will be available for rent in the next month or so once I finish moving out and complete the renovations. All genders and humans are welcome however NO animals, NO couples, NO kids, NO smokers (we have allergies in the home sorry). Illegal drugs of any kind will not be tolerated. I'm looking for a minimum 9 month renter no month to month. I will do my own personal background check as well. There is a $400 deposit $350 of which is refundable so long as you don't destroy anything and you finish out your lease. $50 will be kept to refresh the room after you move out. If you leave earlier then the agreed lease length you will not get your deposit back.
