IT IS AVAILABLE Dec 1st! It is in the beautiful Ridgestone community of Payson, near Wal Mart and I-15. This unit has gorgeous kitchen cabinets, nice big rooms and is just a lovely place to live. It is the premier location within the community as it has a beautiful view of the LDS Temple and city lights. It also has 1 covered parking spot & another uncovered. The condo has washer & dryer included. The clubhouse and gym are very nice at Ridgestone Condos! We charge $1600 for rent and that includes the HOA fees. Water, trash, snow removal, internet are covered under the HOA. Your only additional utilities will be electricity and gas & TV. NO SMOKING. I have several of these condos at Ridgestone I rent out, thus the varied photos. The one currently available does allow pets, for an added fee.
