The master bedroom is located on the third floor and features a walk-in closet, ceiling fan, and light-blocking curtains. The private bathroom includes double vanities, a separate toilet closet, and a walk-in shower. You’ll have guaranteed garage parking. The contract length is a minimum of 6 months, before transitioning from month-to-month. The room is unfurnished, but all common areas are fully furnished (excluding TV). You’ll also have access to the washer/dryer. Utilities are shared equally among roommates, typically running around $75 per month (± $20). Our townhome is in a prime location, just a few minutes' walk from the AF FrontRunner station and close to the community clubhouse, pool, and pickleball courts. Current roommates are young professionals, partially LDS, and welcoming to all, as long as everyone is respectful and clean. We are LGBTQ+ friendly!
