Preferred renter is another male with LDS equivalent standards, age 20-32. No smoking, no drugs and no pets allowed. You would have your own room and a shared bathroom across the hallway with one other person. Utilities not included (Electricity, gas and wifi, avg. $105/mo, but is equally split 3 ways) You would have full access to the kitchen, living room, new washer and dryer and back patio which includes a BBQ and side grass yard. Kitchen is fully furnished with pans utensils, etc. only thing not provided is your own room furnishings and bathroom needs. There is parking directly out front on the culdesac street. Home has been renovated and is very nice! Rent to move in would be $775 and a $650 deposit due upon moving in. Available February 1st, possibly mid January with prorated rent. 6 month lease, then month to month. LOCATION: 5 minutes away from Utah Tech University.
