This is a women's shared room Fall/Winter contract for the 2022-2023 school year at Centennial 2 (1000 E 450 N, Provo, Utah). Rent is about $400 a month with utilities (I'm willing to negotiate the monthly rate). It's about a 10-15 minute walk from Campus, there's a UTA bus stop just around the corner (for those who go to UVU), and the BYU shuttle stops right in front the apartments. I'll admit, the place looks a bit old, but it brings with it a special charm. And besides, the biggest selling points are the ward and my old roommates. I'm going to miss being apart of the 241st Ward and having the literal BEST roommates! The ward is very friendly, and I'm not just saying that. I've gotten so many friends from this ward and I even met my future husband there (thus I'm selling because I'm getting married).
