The cabin comes mostly furnished except senitmental items. The lake is privately owned and for use by subdivision property owners and their guests only and stocked with Cutthroat and Tiger Trout. Utah fishing license is NOT required. Small non-gasoline boats are permitted, as well as canoe, kayak, paddleboat, paddle board, float tube, etc.
Rocky Mt. Power utility is available just two lots away. Our choice has been to utilize off grid propane and solar for lighting, appliances and heating including a large Navien on-demand water heater, professionally installed. New solar panel August 2024. For power tools, hair dryer, etc. a gas generator. is used. Our water source is Boiler Springs, which is located in the subdivision and stream fed directly to the property via an underground water pipe.
