I’m selling my lease from May - August. The room is a shared room. There is laundry but it is in an other building. Parking is in a parking lot designated to Raintree. As a resident you get three guest passes a month to use for people to visit you. You can get a reserved parking spot but it will be a little more expensive. The parking spot comes with the rent so you don’t have to pay in the side for parking. The building is right behind the BYU football stadium and is close to a lot of food places. It is also close to Walmart neighborhood market and other stores like target. It is pet friendly but you will have to pay extra for that. Raintree has a club house that has a pool table and ping pong table along with a pool and hot tub. As a resident you are able to access it whenever you like.
